Requesting Support is Easy

You may need someone to talk to right now, however; Clouds Community Counselling Services are not open all the time.

For anything urgent or if you are feeling suicidal please contact the Samaritans on 116 123 (UK) or 116 123 (ROI).

If your need is not as pressing feel free to make contact with us using our Online Support system.

Simply click on the link in the menu and enter your email address. After doing so we will only ask for your name. This information is only used to allow us to contact you and for you to log in to our support system to update your request for support or reply to our counsellors response.

You will be provided with a secure password that you may change once you have created your first request for support. Once you have entered your name you will be presented with a form to fill in to outline why you need our support. These requests are categorised. By selecting the relevant category for your issue you will be helping our support system to find the best possible counsellor to address your concerns.

Once submitted we aim to reply within a few days. Please be patient, we will reply to you, either to ask you for more information or to offer our advice.

You may close your support request ticket at any time by changing the status of the ticket from your dashboard.

Referring individuals to us for Counselling

You may refer anyone to use for counselling if you are a Parent, relative or carer, a GP, a Support Worker or another Healthcare Professional.

You can send us an email at or call us using the number listed at the foot of our website.

Referrals are considered quicker and more efficiently handled if you use our online Professional Referral for accessible through the link at the foot of every page. This will enable us to gather key bits of information to speed up the process and allow a smooth transition into the service.

Please be as accurate as possible when entering the information about the individual you are referring to us as a ‘Client’ and remember that you must gain their consent prior to submitting an online referral.

Professional Referrals can now be made Online!

Please use the form accessible through the link at the foot of every page or by clicking HERE

Enter your details as the Referrer and include all information for the Individual you wish to refer as the Client on the 2nd and subsequent pages.

You may save and continue filling in the form at any time by clicking on the relevant link on each page. This will provide you with a URL to follow to resume your referral accessible for a period of 30 days.

Once you have finished your referral, clicking on submit will securely send the details you have inputted to our review team for consideration for counselling. You will be contacted shortly after your submission with an acknowledgement of your submission and status update. The individual you refer as a ‘Client’ may have to join a waiting list. You will be told if this is the case, the individual will be contacted by us directly, once contact and consent has been established you will no longer hear from us.
