Requesting Support is Easy

You may need someone to talk to right now, however; Clouds Community Counselling Services are not open all the time.

For anything urgent or if you are feeling suicidal please contact the Samaritans on 116 123 (UK) or 116 123 (ROI).

If your need is not as pressing feel free to make contact with us using our Online Support system.

Simply click on the link in the menu and enter your email address. After doing so we will only ask for your name. This information is only used to allow us to contact you and for you to log in to our support system to update your request for support or reply to our counsellors response.

You will be provided with a secure password that you may change once you have created your first request for support. Once you have entered your name you will be presented with a form to fill in to outline why you need our support. These requests are categorised. By selecting the relevant category for your issue you will be helping our support system to find the best possible counsellor to address your concerns.

Once submitted we aim to reply within a few days. Please be patient, we will reply to you, either to ask you for more information or to offer our advice.

You may close your support request ticket at any time by changing the status of the ticket from your dashboard.
